Add error to flag mismatch of logbook vs em review hauls. This error should identify mismatches and missing hauls that were selected for review. For example in trip 100323, 2 logbook hauls were uploaded for a shoreside hake trip an both should be review. Only 1 haul was uploaded of reviewed data. We need a way to clearly flag and display these trips so can submit data for the missing haul. Wondering if this should be rejected at the time of the initial data submission?

Start by rejecting tripCatch submissions that are missing requested hauls.
