Maybe if the AER finds out multiple meanings and it can't figure out what the user meant with high confidence, let it ask the user to clarify.

User: "play Temple Run"
AI: "do you mean the game or the song?
User: "the game"
AI: "Alright, I'll remember it now".

Solution: Ask the user to clarify.
