Hello! This has been bothering me for a while. In the 21 tweaks page, the user is suggested to eat one apple before every meal.
If there are three meals per day, & one should eat only three fruits per day. (The minimum, I understand), regardless, that leaves no space for other fruits. The description of 'Preload with "Negative Calorie" Foods" feels like a placeholder. Though I have just now noticed that it no longer recommends only to eat apples! It is good that there was an update!
So the recommendations are either an apple, a green light soup (Whatever that is) or a salad containing fewer than one hundred calories per cup. (I am not American, I do not understand the cups system).
First off, of course, there should be a translation to the more common metric system.
But also, I suggest adding a list of foods that can be used to preload with. Much like the Daily Dozen mode categories have lists.
