Goal: Create web architecture plan

Questions:

How do we migrate old pydata static bits to hosted pretalx. (need to ask pretalx.com)
Do we still need to use Symposion as all the cfp bits are controlled by pretalx? Should we just (re)use themes created by local pydata chapters?

Tasks:

Outline a document (can start with google docs but prefer moving to this repo as a markdown doc)
List out major services provided
Create a diagram of all services
List contacts from audit
Create a plan for where we need to be in a year to make things easy to manage
