hbinput is slow

I've been using hbinput generator on fonts which are not Noto.

When I generate all inputs for Grenze, it takes over a minute per a font.

Do we have another input generator? if we don't, I'll look into this and file a pr.

I understand this repo is specifically for Noto and this may be out of scope.

@m4rc1e : all the people that worked on these tools have moved on (some much more than others :-)). Don't know what to expect at this point.

I’m pretty sure I’ve solved the issue. I’ll add a pr later. Just need to prove it works and doesn’t break anything.
