Wrong glyph for Kyrghyz som

It is NOT just C with underline.

1. It’s something in between capital and small letter. Smaller than digit, taller than small letter.
2. Its underline is aligned to baseline.

SImple moving upwards is OK, but if you can make C a bit smaller without affecting glyph’s and stroke’s width, it would be cool!

:) When I made my own “workaround glyph” for Kyrghyz som, I photoshopped a picture: a catfish with a trowel wearing a Kyrghyz hat, and ”Я сделяль, насяльника“ in a speech bubble — if you know Russian. What does it mean:

1. Catfish and som are homonyms in Russian.
2. So-called “gastarbeiters” (labourers from Middle Asia) are infamous for their poor quality and bad knowledge of Russian. There are not so many Kyrghyz among gastarbeiters, more Tajik and Uzbek, but…
3. “Насяльника” (“boss” in supposedly Middle-Asian accent) is from a Russian comedy TV series, calque of “Little Britain”, and belongs to a couple of gastarbeiters. IDK where “Я сделяль” (I’ve done in the same accent) comes from but somehow these words stuck together.
