Reference to the non-existing class StandardXTeeConsumer

Hi.

Just noticed a reference to a non-existing class com.nortal.jroad.client.service.consumer.StandardXTeeConsumer in the dhl-service-impl-context.xml Spring configuration file.

As far as I understand StandardXTeeConsumer was the previous name (in the old ee.webmedia.xtee package, old xtee library) of the current StandardXRoadConsumer class. So an appropriate update is needed.
