MQTT connect failure callback reason constants #3642

I have a problem with the constant
mqtt.CONNACK_REFUSED_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE

The result of the followed command is always nil.
print(mqtt.CONNACK REFUSED SERVER UNAVAILABLE)

With other constants the correct values are printed.
