Forced to log on even for a public page #1712

Accessing https://testingsolidos.solidcommunity.net/profile/card#me in chrome takes me to a login page:

even though I should be able to see the page when not logged in.

There is also no way to cace the login panel.

(This was after having used Chrome for other things more than a day ago I think)
