What are the steps to reproduce?

What happens?

What do you expect to happen?

Please tell us about your environment:

  • Node-RED-Dashboard version:
  • Node-RED version:
  • node.js version:
  • npm version:
  • Platform/OS:
  • Browser:

Fresh install raspbian bullseye, RPI 3B+, fresh install Node-Red from script, installing dasboard from menage pallete - Site not appear - I got this message back: ' Welcome to the Node-RED Dashboard
Please add some UI nodes to your flow and redeploy '.
After 6 reinstall Node-red and OS, i install Node-red from script, but node-red-dashboard manually. That worked OK. Applet from Manage pallete is broken

You do not say if you have added any dashboard nodes to your flow. If you have installed node-red-dashboard, but not yet added any Dashboard nodes to your flow, then this is the expected message you will get if you try to view the dashboard.

Sure. I start from that. I add dashboard nodes. redeploy, And problem still exist. How you read, this problem is not solved even after fresh installation. Whole system and NR and NR-dashboard. All previous versions of Node-Red didn't have this problem, Dashboard installation with Manage Pallete was no problem in the past ,and everything worked as it should. After upgrading to 3.0.2 not anymore. I see the last update was 2 weeks ago. Maybe there's something wrong with that. The problem occurs on RPI3 B+ (I tested on 3 pcs) - fresh OS installation (Bullseye), everything is set up again. In page debug, information about missing files. Problem solved by reinstalling OS, installing NR from script and NR-dashboard manually, via npm
