Adapt scripts to save lowering configs as part of the result csv

When doing work to change default selection of pipelines/lowering configs. It would be helpful to see which benchmarks were actually affected by this changes. I think we want to look at IR generated after "*SelectLoweringStrategyPass" and parse this information and save it as a column in the results when requested by the benchmark script user.
