To track and easily start said raids and quests, and materials needed or gotten from them. Similar to Ancheera. Already partially started.

Raids mostly implemented by 17e572f.
Still needs:

Adjust current data.
Complete with remaining data. (see Complete raid data. #31)
Tracking/updating.

Quests to come... some time.
