I would like to propose a session on "difficult conversations". I guess everybody knows what I mean by it, those conversations where the outcome can be crucial and emotions are running high.
I was very bad at it (and still am!) so I got some personal and professional training. I want to share with you what I learned, some useful tricks to lead these conversations to good ends.
Not sure if it would be in the interests of the SIG and if someone else wants to join forces. It's not exactly NVC, or negotiation skills but overlaps. Happy to discuss this further.
