Add functionality to pick random picture and caption from local Host.

To expand on this, perhaps verify that the picture has not been uploaded yet so we don't get duplicates? I have noticed this happens sometimes when pulling the image from online.

Yes I agree.
Will the downloaded picture be always saved with the same name? if so, would be enough to write the names to a file and compare before downloading?
