Hey @robinmalik, @ngetchell, are we able to get these changes released to the PS gallery? I was using the gallery version of the module that doesn't have this functionality and ended up writing my own New-GitLabGroup before I saw it was in here already (Doh!).

I would like to see a possibility to add a new group in the Gitlab.
Currently only Get-GitLabGroup is supported

Operating System and PowerShell version:
PS5 Windows 2016
3. Expected Behavior
I would like to have a feature like New-GitLabGroup which creates a new group or subgroup
under the provided path.
