App Nexus Integration

Hi, we are trying to integrate app nexus along with the react-gpt library. However, the ads are not being displayed when app nexus is enabled. They display fine when app nexus is disabled.
Following is the sample code for the same, the part of code which displays ads is being implemented using the react-gpt library and not plain js as shown in the following code -

Any ideas as to why its not working?
