Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If files are referenced in an ISA sheet (e.g. Raw Data File Name), those references become deprecated once files are moved (e.g. to a dataset subfolder or the dataset of another assay).

Describe the solution you'd like
It would help to get a warning about "dead-links" (and ideally an update support).
