Description of feature

two actions:
nf-test-shard : does a dry-run of nf-test with --changed-since & filters by tags and outputs -> shard & total_shards
nf-test: takes inputs of profile , shard & total_shards , filters & tags and runs nf-test

two ymls:
nf-test.yml
nf-test-gpu.yml
The two yml first run the shard action and then the nf-test action
