My
~/.nextflow/configcontains the following line:env.LD_LIBRARY_PATH = "/opt/tools/aws-cli/v2/current/dist"From the docs my understanding is that environment variable
LD_LIBRARY_PATHshould now get exported to all task environments. However, I do not see it getting set for AWS batch jobs the workflow creates.What am I missing?
