Describe the bug
Folder description (RichWorkspace) is not shown up right after it's created for non-English language.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to personal setting and change language to other language
  2. Go to Files
  3. Click New menu and select option correspond to Add folder description

Expected behavior
Markdown file is created and RichWorkspace component is shown up.

Server details:

  • Nextcloud version: 28, 29, 30, master
