Make available for use by other apps

Hello,

From what I understand, this app is only being used for file sharing (OCA.Sharing is undefined in other apps).
It would be great if it could be used for other apps.

For instance, I had to use it in the Nextcloud News app, while adding a feature to share articles on social media. However, I had to check if the app was enabled via the OC global, more specifically under OC.appswebroots. I also had to import the icons and generate the links manually.

I think it would be great if these apps were fully usable by other apps, specifically because code and assets could be reused to avoid redundancy.
