Downloading machine-generated labels

In the ACE runs: make possible downloading the labels assigned by each pipeline to the test data. Note: make sure that the pipelines output the labels in the same (line) order as in the test file.

Can be done through Jupyter notebooks, should we add this functionality to the GUI as well?

I suggest we differentiate between domain user and developer modes if we want to add this. I understand the convenience of accessing raw outcomes from the GUI, however, we need to consider the target audience of the platform and keep that in mind for enhancements.
