Inspect grouping files for true subsets

Will also need to implement the checks for Input -> Output grouping in the backend scripts to ensure the Output grouping is a true coarse-grain of the input grouping (input groups are maintained in the output "supergroups")

Maybe should be handled in Mantid instead.
