Github links for install do not seem to be working:

if(!require("remotes")) install.packages("remotes")

Error: Failed to install 'MSTExplorer' from GitHub:
HTTP error 404.
Not Found

Did you spell the repo owner (neurogenomics) and repo name (phenomix) correctly?

If spelling is correct, check that you have the required permissions to access the repo.
