Add upload methods to API pipelines that work with file content #659

Now that multipart form uploads are supported by the txtai API (#630), this should be supported in API pipelines that work with file content.

A new method that takes an UploadFile should be added. This change will affect the following pipelines:

  • Caption
  • Objects
  • Tabular
  • Textractor
  • Transcription
