@AnthonyDShaw Has pointed out some examples of internal site search showing less useful results at the top.

The previous Zendesk site search (I think) took account of page views, where as we do not (nor want to).

Ways our site search can be addressed.

Making sure important pages are tagged, and have descriptions.
Decrease search weight of less useful pages.
Increase search weight of more useful pages.
Tweak page titles.

It would be helpful if people can comment examples of any 'bad' search results they come across.
