Hi,
thanks for your answer and support but I tried to download the
light version as recommended and I still have not received the 300CKB.
In any case, I pay attention to be sure that I'm fully connected 100%
before starting any transaction.
Could you confirm that there is not any issue with the address
mentioned below and confirm that it is my address. I copied this
address from a previous transaction but I only sure that everything is OK.
It's the address I used to transfer successfully, apparently my CKB from
Binance to Neuron Wallet.

block number to speed up the sync process.
If you want to use the light client click setting and scroll to the
Network setting, then choose Light Client, which will switch to the Light
Client.
