nerfstudio reinstall torch

Describe the bug
I have torch installed as version 2.0.1+cu118
when I do pip install nerfstudio it reinstall torch with a different cuda version.

Expected behavior
Since nerfstudio installation instructions specify to install torch before, it shouldn't be listed as a dependency. This is pretty common for module depending on torch to not list it as a dependency as it can easily break due to version name depending on cuda name.
