Doesn't connect NEO3-GUI

Hello! I download NEO3-GUI 1.4.3 (exe file), install .NET 6 and run NEO-GUI. Windows 10 21H2. It's not connected (( If I use NEO CLI - no problem - all connected. What am I doing wrong with NEO3-GUI? I have no assets.

If your install directory is like "X:\Program Files...", please Run it as administrator.

If not work, please check if your port 8081,10333,10334,20333,20334 were in use:

1. yes, please close other programs which were using these ports.
2. no, can you enter the install directory like "D:\Neo-GUI\resources\build-neo-node", and double click "neo3-gui.exe" to start and see the console output logs?
