[Enhancement] Provide Rapid Upgrade Function #110

Currently you can only invoke the upgrade method with nef/manifest file ByteArray to Base64.

check if there is upgrade method in the contract.
check the number of parameters.
input the file path of the new nef file path and manifest path.
