Syncing not completing

Hi guys,

The new GUI is great thank you. I am however having issues syncing and wonder when exactly my machine will finish. I have NEO in my Atomic wallet I would like to move but cant because I cant create a working wallet.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Can you provide more info about the problem? Such as your OS version, neo3-gui version, dotnet version, screenshot...

Hi there, thanks for a quick reply. I am running Current Version 1.2.3 on Windows 10. Dotnet version 5.0.2....Currently blocks are sitting at 182881 / 182881 Syncing.

Your syncing is fine and reaches the most recent block already. Check out our Neo|N3 explorer: NeoTube|N3.

How do I go about creating a wallet on the mainet then in order to move my GAS from my Atomic wallet? I created a wallet and Atomic keeps telling me to check the address.

And I also noticed that you have NEO in Atomic wallet, which I am pretty sure you are talking about the current Neo mainnet (Neo legacy). Neo|N3 is still under development, and this new GUI is for Neo|N3 so that it DOES NOT support NEO or GAS for Neo legacy.

I highly recommend you try Neoline, Neon or O3 to move your GAS from Atomic wallet.

Ok thanks for the advice. If I am not mistaken, I can import the legacy wallet into the new GUI in order to upgrade it. Am I correct? I am simply looking to stake what I have and build on my portfolio over time.

NEO3 is a different chain from NEO2. Even you import the same private key into NEO3-GUI, the tokens(NEO,GAS,NEP5) won't be migrated from your NEO2 wallet, so your balance will show "0" in NEO3-GUI.
NEO3 wallet and NEO2 wallet are not "upgrade" relationship, they are paralleled like Neoline wallet, O3 wallet, Atomic wallet. NEO3 has different address format so it's not compatible with NEO2.
If you want to dispose you NEO2 tokens, you need to use NEO2 wallets(Neoline, Neon or O3) not NEO3-GUI.

same issue on testnet:

trying to update since last night tp update a contract, its reporting that 'contract can not update' and this is one issue along side it

Which gui version are you using? Seem windows gui looks good on Win10.
