It would be cool to be able to install Pyda with a single command on any system or any Docker image (e.g. rather than having to rebase images on the pyda image). The natural way to do this is probably with pip. This would require shipping Dynamorio bins, or building the entirety of Dynamorio as part of the install script.

Depends on #41.
