I think this is a feature that's built into github, I just have to configure it.

I recently used this, https://github.com/vercel/release, and it works like a charm. There is also https://github.com/actions/create-release

This might actually be better. Create a draft release using gh actions: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/release-drafter
