when i run it shows the error starRating is not a function i tried every single thing i knew if you can help me plzz...do it

Load jQuery before jquery.star-rating-svg.js. So move line 12 to line 8.
Also remove line 8 and 10. You're loading this plugins three times. (You only need dist/jquery.star-rating-svg.min.js)
