I see this in log as last line when daemon crashes

ERROR: ConnectInputsHook() : name_firstupdate cannot be mined if name_new is not already in chain and unexpired
ThreadRPCServer ReadHTTP timeout

using daemon for MM

I take it you did not do anything else besides mining. Did it happen more than once? What OS? Which version?
