I would like to be able to re-order bookmarks in the bookmarks bar without turning the show on hover feature off and on again.

The bookmark toolbar remains visible when reordering bookmarks for me.

Can you give more details like installed Zen Mods and your OS

OS:       KDE 6.2 Wayland on Arch
Zen:      1.0.1-a.12 (via the AUR)
Zen Mods: Only Bookmark Toolbar Tweaks
