Showing error while creating new account

Hi sir,

while entering the user name and password, app is always showing like ''Invalid Username/Password".
Why it is showing like that i'm not getting. Please let me how i have to approach to create a new account.
please help me.

Do you have your internet running? It also happens when internet connection is not up. Its not a good message, i know. I'll think to update message.
