Service stops listening at 4949 once munin master connects

To Reproduce
you run the service, then await for connection, the the socket closes 4949 port

this way the service doesn't work at all, totally unuseful

watching deep the code, i see the logic is missing, so ain't a bug.. closing

the core code is missing.. my goal was to got ipv6 working on munin node, so .net solution should have been perfect, due to its natural v6 support.. but as you can investigate, no real code is there..
so i forked the top working original c++ project.. and i gave it ipv6 support..
