Support for video attachments missing #169

Memos web supports attaching both images and videos.

But moe memos doesn’t seem to support videos at all.
Even if I attach the video via web, it just shows a normal attached file rather than showing the video preview.
It also doesn’t let play videos in saved notes. Web also supports this already.
Can’t remove video attachments from the existing notes.
