And you block its CNAME
fg.download.windowsupdate.com.c.footprint.net

I found the cause. Even after #66 and #58 there was a file with footprint.net subdomains there, and they were added to non-asterisk hosts file. Removed, updated.

(old file /hosts/subdomains/_marketing_footprint_all, now deleted)
