Add Support for Multiple Languages

Hello, I am a big fan of using the msys2 website to obtain information about software packages and development tools. However, I noticed that the website currently only offers an English interface and does not provide options for other languages.

I suggest adding multi-language support, which would make it easier for more people to access and use the website. If possible, I propose adding Chinese as the first non-English language. (I can help translate the content of the website into Chinese.)

At this point with AI translation services etc and firefox including local live translations for websites I wonder if that is worth the trouble.

Firefox translations work really well. I have been using it to translate CJK languages to English. We could rephrase some line to make translations easier.

One thing I didn't consider is search. That not something those translation service can help with really unless they would be integrated into the search index building somehow.
