Feature description

As soon as URLPattern gets globally supported, we should support it as the input to the request handlers.

http.get(new URLPattern('https://example.com/:resource'), resolver)

We can also migrate to represent the request matching using the URLPattern instances instead of relying on path-to-regexp and a custom matchRequestUrl function.
