v0.2.1-alpha Release

Added support for multi-response requests, such as asking for the price of two separate stocks. Moved from replying directly in the Outbound Webhook to using an Inbound Webhook in addition to the Outbound.

Finance Integration Done

This release completes the Finance integration for Atlas. As well, this release also creates a Slack interface for Atlas, for more rich content and for when voice may not be completely reliable.
