Feature Request: Wayland support

I would love to use Circadian with Hyprland, a wlroots-based Wayland compositor. I could imagine that using something like swayidle could reduce the work needed to implement this.

I don't currently run any Wayland-based setups, but I'll certainly add support if I ever do. I'm open to pull requests if anybody else wants to do it first.
