[improve suggestion] add a option to desire the format style of table. #193

now the format style of table is

local t = {
    "aaaa",
    "bbbb"
}

i want the format below:

local t = {
    "aaaa",
    "bbbb", -- "remain the comma"
}
so that i don't need to type the comma when i add  some key-value to the table which is just after formatting by luacheck
