Add to calendar links/icons

It would be nice to have some links to add event to calendar:

• Google Calendar
• iCal

For google Calendar it's just a link like this

About the buttons:

• Where in the page should be more convinient to place them?
• Google calendar is pretty simple, but in iCal you must create dinamically a .ics file. I'm stuck on this, any suggestions or ideas are very welcome.
• The button layout would be something like this :

It should be as simple as possible, a small calendar icon next to the date and time with a "Add to calendar" text.

You can search filtering by free icons here:

http://www.iconfinder.com/search/?q=calendar (the icon should fit the monocrome icons we are using for other stuff on the page)

Once we have more providers this icon should slide down a list of them to select which one you want to use.
