Cannot set property flags on regexp

This is not allowed by Rhino, but it should be according to the spec:

var regex = /a/;
Object.defineProperty(regex, 'flags', {
  value: 'muyi'
});

Instead rhino complains with TypeError: Cannot change the value of attribute "flags" because writable is false.
