There is not longer a brief for nowhere in the main plover dictonary. #118

In the both sides N page there is a brief for nowhere listed as TPH-R which is now "nor". Nowhere by default is now a two stroke word: TPHO/WR, or as a single stroke: TPHO*ER.

I had the same issue as well. I was confused, so I just changed my own dictionary in Plover to match the book. But I worry a new individual may not know how to do this and be frustrated that they can't follow the book. I am brand new and was worried I'd majorly mess up by deleting something important and not being able to fix it back.
