Thank you for creating this, it is a huge help. I had a question regarding email setup for mailgun. The docs it says use the SiteConfigurationForm; however, I don't see any boilerplate there for that anymore. Did it move somewhere else? many thanks!

It should be in that form...

Under "Sending email settings". You are looking for the "email host", "email port", etc settings.
