Log agent should use monasca version #5

IMHO logstash version should be (more or less) implementation detail of monasca version.

Currently, the metric agent installer uses monasca version while log installer uses logstash version

monasca-agent-<version_number>.run
log-agent-<logstash_version>_<logstash_output_monasca_log_api_version>.run

Both should use monasca version:

monasca-agent-<version_number>.run
log-agent-<version_number>.run
